Return Policy

At JackDraws88, all products are made to order, printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please double-check your size, color, and design selections before placing your order.

✅ We Accept Returns Only If:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the issue.

📬 How to Request a Return (If Eligible):

  1. Email us at jackdraws88@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  2. We’ll review your request and let you know if it qualifies.

  3. If approved, we’ll either issue a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

📦 Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Do not ship any items back without approval — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Wrong size (we fulfill based on your exact selection)

  • Custom or personalized designs

  • Shipping delays caused by the courier
